Aaera was founded on 1st January 2020 with a shared dream, strong values, and decades of collective experience. It marked a fresh beginning for both the founders—Pankaj, who stepped away from a successful 25-year career in computer software, and Ritika, who brought along 25 years of entrepreneurial and teaching experience. Different backgrounds, one common vision: to guide students ethically towards global education opportunities.
Brimming with enthusiasm and optimism, we had just begun our journey when the world came to a standstill due to COVID-19. While the pandemic paused many dreams, it did not slow our learning, resilience, or growth. We adapted, evolved, and emerged stronger—continuing to guide students with clarity and confidence during uncertain times.
Aaera started with a small team of three, handling its very first case with care and commitment. From there, the journey gained momentum—cases grew, trust multiplied, and results followed. Very soon, we stopped counting cases and focused instead on outcomes, integrity, and student success.
Over the last six years, Aaera has successfully enrolled students in leading institutions across Australia, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Dubai, New Zealand, and the USA, achieving an impressive 99.9% visa success rate. To date, we have guided 300+ students towards fulfilling their academic and career aspirations.
